Changes - Returns Policy

If the customer wishes to cancel his/her order, he/she shall do so before the dispatch of the ordered products. In this case the customer needs to notify the intention of cancelling the order by emailing us to the following e-mail address info@sandys.gr or contacting us by phone at 2310-682222, Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00.

In this case, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer by the same way it was paid, but only if the products are not yet delivered to the courier company for delivery to the customer.

If the products have already been delivered to the courier company, then the cancellation of the order is considered to be a “return” as stated below.

In case the client wishes, he/she has the right to return the product that he/she has received or to replace it with another product, by notifying us his/her intention of return within seven (7) calendar days of receipt and by completing the Product Returns Form. The client should fill in all mandatory fields of the Product Returns Form pointed with a red asterisk, as well as stating the reason of return in order to receive RMA number.

If the customer wishes to return the product without replacing it (exercising the right of withdrawal after delivery), the paid amount will be refunded to the customer with the same way it was paid.

If the customer wishes to return the product and replace it with another product, please take into consideration the following points:

(a) If the new product has a higher price compared to the returned one, then the customer shall proceed to a new payment process (by paying the amount of difference).

(b) If the new product has a lower value than the returned one, then the customer will be credited the price difference.

In each case the product returns shall be made in accordance with the following conditions:

• The returned product should not be used.

• The product should be in the same condition as it was when delivered to the customer, without any damage and complete within the original packaging of delivery.

• Upon return the product must be accompanied by the original copy of document (receipt or invoice).

• Product returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and with a prerequisite that will preceded by written notification of the cause of return stated on the Product Returns Form within 7 days of receipt.

• Product returns within Greece will be free of charge exclusively via the “ACS” courier company.

• The price of the returned product will be the one indicated on the invoice/ receipt of shipment, no matter if the price has changed (if it has increased or decreased) on the day of return.
